Wanted: Sugar-free rhubarb

Help! I need some sugar-free rhubarb recipes. Chutney would be nice. I have so much rhubarb in my home, but I can't eat sugar. The house is overflowing with rhubarb. I really want to eat it.

Please share your sugar-free rhubarb recipes with little old me.

Edit: it's cane sugar I cannot have. Things like honey are fine.

DESSERT RECIPE: Rhubarb Rumble (Sugar-Free, Low Fat, but don't tell any one)

3-cups chopped rhubarb
1-package (3 oz.) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1-1/2-cups cold skim milk
1-package (3.5 oz.) instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1-reduced fat graham cracker crust (8 inch)

Place rhubarb in a microwave-safe bowl
Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until rhubarb is softened
Stir in gelatin until dissolved, then cool completely
In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix
Beat on low speed for 2 minutes
Fold into rhubarb mixture
Spoon into crust
Cover and refrigerate until firm

I found this after googling for you :)
It's a meal idea, but it might appeal to you !

You can just use honey in place of white sugar. I just boiled up a couple stalks with ~2T honey to have on my morning french toast!

Sorry I'm a bit late on this one; things are a bit crazy aroud here these days...
I also think that you can replace sugar with honey or maple syrup, maybe not in everything, but in a lot of recipes anyways - at least, that's what I'd do, but I'm known to make that kind of experimentation in the kitchen without first considering if there is any reason why it wouldn't work out well!
I'll have a look in my recipe books, and I'll get back to you if I find something more useful than what I wrote up there!
